Dear interested parties,

We cordially invite you to the next TRAWOS research colloquium with Junior Professor Maria Kondratjuk, who will give an input on the topic "Examining transformation as a design change. Research methodological challenges and principles guiding research".

Transformation is a change of form, it has a disruptive effect, holds profound potential for change and is characterized by different theories (such as expansion, differentiation or pluralization).
In order to research transformation, it is first necessary to gain a basic theoretical understanding of transformation in order to understand, map and reconstruct the complex conditional contexts that promote/enable and prevent/impede change processes in the education system, for example.
Relevant questions include the relationship between individual, collective and social transformation; the changing character of transformation processes; transformation patterns and degrees of contingency of the initial situation.
This debate has practical research implications and the lecture will discuss research methodological challenges and guiding research principles based on current research projects. The concept of transdisciplinarity is one example of this.

The event will take place on 21.12.2022 from 14:00 to 15:30 hybrid and will be moderated by Prof. Dr. Mandy Schulze.

We look forward to a lively discussion with you.

After the colloquium, a cozy get-together with a campfire and mulled wine is planned to end the year together.
