6th November Conference and Workshop of the Transformation Research Group at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Görlitz mbH on November 15 and 16, 2012.
At the two-day event, around 80 participants agreed on the content and next steps in the development of the planned Master's degree program "Integrative Regional and Transformation Management - Transformation Pilots".
The conference on 15.11.2012 initially focused on transformation formation as a social challenge. At the workshop on 16.11.2012, future teaching staff discussed specific issues relating to the structure of the course, such as how to address and attract target groups or how to safeguard the future management of the course. A great deal of critical spirit and expertise was gathered to weigh up the demands of transformation education and the special features of fee-based degree courses.
The 6th November conference thus served as the "nucleus" of a cooperation network that is intended to significantly support and promote teaching and the practical application of course content during the course (practical relevance).
