The 15th Future Forum for Rural Development will take place digitally under the auspices of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture on January 26 and 27, 2022.

The ENKOR research project will be represented at Forum 2 - Innovative Engagement: Forms, Benefits, Problems (Wednesday, January 27, 1:30 - 3:30 pm):

While the level of institutionalized engagement remains high, the number of people involved is constantly increasing. More complex working and living environments, changing local needs and an increased desire to get involved are changing the volunteering landscape. Are there specific triggers/framework conditions that promote the emergence of independent volunteering? Who are the new stakeholder groups? Can socio-structural differences be found among the "new" activists? How strong are the integration and binding forces of innovative engagement? In addition to inputs, participants will be given the opportunity to exchange experiences on problems and possible solutions.
