The "Institut für Transformation, Wohnen und Soziale Raumordnung" (TRAWOS) at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences hosted a workshop titled "Hypertransformation" on November 10–11, 2006.
In this context “hypertransformation” refers to the intensification of transformation processes through the mutual influence and amplification of various processes within a transformation space. From this perspective developments in nature, technology, the economy, society, culture and politics will therefore be examined.
