In June 2024, the ZHWB publishes an article by Prof. Dr. phil. Mandy Schulze and reports on the research workshop for academic continuing education of the DGWF's Research Working Group.

In June 2024, the "Zeitschrift Hochschule und Weiterbildung" (ZHWB) published an article in issue no. 1 (2024) "Gesellschaftliche Transformations und Wissenschaftliche Weiterbildung" by Prof. Dr. phil. Mandy Schulze.

This article highlights the role that continuing academic education has played and could play at East German universities. Using the example of structural change in Lusatia, research needs are derived on the question of what contribution higher education can make in the transformation.
