As part of this project, a team from the TRAWOS Institute is evaluating the mobile advisory teams of Kulturbüro Sachsen e.V. The evaluation takes a qualitative social research perspective to examine the processes, effects, and challenges of the advisory work. The aim of the evaluation is to highlight the perceptions and assessments of relevant actors. On this basis, practical findings are generated that can contribute to the further development and optimization of the advisory processes. In addition, the evaluation makes the limitations of the advisory work transparent. With the help of guided interviews, the perspectives of advisors and former clients are qualitatively analyzed on the basis of contrastively selected cases. In addition, specialists in coordination and management positions at the Kulturbüro are included in the study.
