Evaluation Mobile Beratung (Kulturbüro Sachsen e.V.)

As part of this project, a team from the TRAWOS Institute is evaluating the Mobile Counseling Teams of Kulturbüro Sachsen e.V. The evaluation examines the processes, impacts and challenges of counseling work from a qualitative social research perspective. The goal of the evaluation is to bring to light the perceptions and assessments of relevant stakeholders. Based on this, practical insights will be generated that can contribute to the further development and optimization of the counseling processes. In addition, the evaluation highlights the limitations of counseling work. Using guided interviews, the perspectives of counselors and former clients are qualitatively analyzed based on contrastively selected cases. Furthermore, professionals in coordination and management positions at the Kulturbüro are included in the study.
